How it all comes together

1. SIGN UP FOR MyCoach

Get access to all the current curriculum and downloadable online resources plus everything added in February, a one-on-one 30 minute video coaching call, my private Facebook Group, meal plans, and on February 14th your healthy habit action plan. Plus you can connect with me via direct messages and during office hours. I'm here to help.

2. LOGIN TO ACCESS SUBSCRIPTION

Log into your subscription portal, where you will view and download your content. Access the CookBook, Recipes, Meal Plans and the Member Portal Online and in the Teachable iOS App.

3. COACHING SESSIONS

You schedule your video coaching session where we talk up to 30 minutes all about your goals and what you want to work on this month. I use Zoom and FaceTime. We can send texts or video messages in between sessions too. Don't worry, you don't have to be techie to video chat.

4. FOLLOW THE ACTION PLAN

You’ll receive a healthy habit action plan, with step-by-step instructions on how to make it happen. Follow the steps and you'll feel magic in your healthy lifestyle. The monthly editorials are full of tips, tricks, and healthy hacks that’ll make you raise a glass to your success.
